Terms of Service

WARNING: My artworks may contain Blood & Gore, Fetishes like Vore & BDSM, and some other things you may not like. Of course I always also draw SFW art, but this is simply a disclaimer. I will try to keep them separate.FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY! Do not use it commercially, Do not use it to feed AI.General Terms
Character References are preferred, but not needed. They will greatly help, but if you have an idea of a character and you can describe it to me well enough, I am willing to work with you in creating a design that is to your liking! References for poses are also more than welcome!
Please describe your ideas to me in a clear manner. If you end up being rude or disrespectful in any way, your commission will be canceled.
I have the right to turn down any commission that I do not feel comfortable doing.Payment
All commissions of any kind will be paid upfront. I have now changed this rule as more and more people commission me, for safety reasons.
As my country does not have many forms of Payment, the only means of Payment I will accept is either PayPal or through my Ko-fi.
Once the Payment has been received, I will start working on the commission.Refunds
If the commission is canceled by me or the client BEFORE any work has started, the client will receive a full refund. If work has already been done on the commission and it is canceled by me or the client for any reason, the refund price will be taken off of the amount of work that has already been done.
I have the right to cancel the commission at any time, for any reason. I will inform you of said reason, and if it happens, you will receive a full refund.Process
Commissions can take anywhere from 1 week to 1 month to finish, depending on the complexity of the piece & how many customers I have already. Bigger pieces like Character sheets and comics will take longer by default.
I will always keep you updated on the process of your Commission. After I have done the sketch I will show you the process and ask if you like it. If changes get made during this phase, no extra fees will be charged.
However, if you want changes made after I have already moved past the sketch stage, I will ask for a fee that will be priced according to how many changes are made.Copyright & Usage
I hold all the rights to the art that I produced. I am allowed to use the art for whatever I desire (like promotion and displaying it)
You as the client have the right to request that I do not post the art publicly. This request will have to be made either before or right after I finish the piece, otherwise, I will always post the commissions.WILL DRAW:

- Monsters
- Mecha
- OCs & Ships
- Fandom Characters
- Gore & Blood
- NSFW (with an extra fee for the NSFW part)
- Vore & Size stuff
- Anything LGBTQ+WON’T DRAW:
- Feet/Crushing/Musk
- Proship
- Beastiality
- Hateful Themes
- Animals
- NSFW involving Characters that aren’t of age
- Disposal/Scat
- Any fetishes/things I am not comfortable drawingAnything else can be discussed in DMs! My preferred method of texting/talking about commissions is Discord, as Twitter’s DMs are very laggy and I don't check them often enough.If you commission NSFW art from me, you agree that you are 18 years or older. If I find out you are a minor asking for NSFW art from me, you will be blacklisted and blocked.

Prices & Examples

All commissions must be paid upfront. Only after I have received payment, I will start working on your commission.Example arts are at the bottom of the page! (For General Comms)

Sketches

Sketeches will be free, HOWEVER:
Be aware that my sketches are messy and can lack some details sometimes.
I am allowed to refuse or decline requests.
I am patient, but please do not spam ask me for multiple sketches.
If you want to tip me or pay for sketches you are welcome to, but it's not required!

General Commissions

Addons & Fees

Extras & Addons are usually charged at a % of the commission price. But not to worry, I will do those calculations for you, so you don't have anything to worry about.

Extra Character (Small) + 50%
NSFW + 25%
Complex Character/Design + 15%
Background + 15%
Detailed Background + 25%Simple and solid color backgrounds are free of charge, no extra price.

When commissioning a comic, please make sure to describe what you want in as much detail as possible. I am willing to actively work with you through the entire process, so please be available and up for possible active discussions!
